Cempack is a  specialist  company which employs
172 staff who work in cement packing plants throughout South Africa including Swaziland and neighboring African states. Staffing includes machine operators, forklift drivers, cleaners and maintenance staff of 19 service technicians and a fully equipped project team.
 
Cempack provides maintenance, spare part, equipment supply, pallet repair and production management to the cement facilities in which we operate.

Cempack has agency agreements with EELINDIA, VENTOMATIC for the supply of full line packing equipment, spare parts and support to the cement packing plants.

Besides the maintenance of packing plant equipment at packing plants, and other  manufacturing plants. Cempack has to date placed 26 roto packers into the South African market including downsteam equipment and 7 palletisers with stretchood equipment in a period of just 6 years.

The company also implements outsourced production, maintenance and management systems and represents the cement industry as its core business, but places emphasis on the procedures and general practices that have proven themselves in the field.

The methods and procedures that the company implements in controlling the production, maintenance and efficiency levels of packaging machinery is the core focus of the business.

The need for outsourced production management and packing plant maintenance of the packaging equipment in an organization has become a staggering reality in many ways due to the development of complex systems now evident in organizations and the key focus of an organization to concentrate on their core business.

The company provides onsite stores with fast moving spares and consumables for the daily running of the packing plants. It also provides the trained staff necessary for the upkeep and maintenance of the packing plants to keep it running within the efficiency levels as required.
